Our Story

Founded in 2020 by Keith and Jenny Phillips, Tall City Diesel Services was built on the idea that diesel repair should be honest, convenient, and dependable. After graduating from UTI in 2011, Keith spent years mastering his craft, gaining extensive experience working with fleet operations and heavy-duty diesel systems. His career also included several years in the West Texas oilfields, where he developed a strong understanding of how crucial uptime and reliability are for businesses that rely on their trucks.

Today, Tall City Diesel Services is a fully mobile-only operation, equipped with two dedicated service trucks and ready to serve drivers and fleets across Midland, TX, and communities within the Permian Basin. Whether it’s an unexpected breakdown or scheduled fleet maintenance, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, on-site diesel repair when and where you need it most.
